At Concept Coaching, we are committed to providing high-quality academic guidance and student support. To ensure transparency, all students and parents are advised to carefully read the following refund policy before taking admission.
Once admission is confirmed and the prescribed fee has been paid, no refund shall be provided in the event of cancellation of admission, withdrawal from the course, discontinuation of classes, transfer to another institution, or for any personal reason whatsoever.
Concept Coaching receives only 50% of the total course fee collected from students under its operational and administrative arrangements. Therefore, after admission is confirmed, the institute is unable to process or approve any request for a fee refund.
The institute may, at its sole discretion, provide additional benefits such as complimentary coaching and hostel-related academic support to eligible students. These facilities are offered as value-added services and do not create any entitlement to a refund or compensation.
The Director, founders, management members, faculty members, employees, representatives, or any individual associated with Concept Coaching shall not be personally liable for any claim relating to fee refunds or admission cancellation.
Any complaint, legal notice, or legal proceeding relating to admissions, fees, or refund matters shall be addressed only to Concept Coaching as the concerned educational brand or organization, and not to any individual officer, Director, staff member, or representative in their personal capacity. The authorized office shall examine and respond within a reasonable period.
By submitting the admission form and paying the prescribed fee, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy and agree to abide by its terms.
